Sowmen Mitter

 Sowmen Mitter has been an English teacher, ELT expert and educator for a little over three decades now, with a vast experience in imparting language skills. Also known for his expertise in lending exam orientation, he's been much of a sought-after tutor for English First Language students across boards and syllabuses. He's also an avid reader, bookworm, blogger and environment enthusiast. 

In addition to teaching, he does mentoring as well, thereby helping aspiring English language professionals improve their skills in teaching and instilling confidence in students. Helping students acquire proficiency in the language has always been his priority which, in turn, has over the years resulted in so many of his students finding it easy to secure admissions in universities abroad, as also to find dream placements both home and abroad. He believes that a vernacular medium background of a student is necessarily not an obstacle as long as the student believes in herself / himself and is willing to give herself / himself the maximum possible exposure to the language in its various forms. In a world dominated by the internet, such exposures as are aplenty and readily available on various cyber platforms come in handy for anyone looking for an increasingly better grasp of the language.
